All our pieces are made with high-quality materials, including sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil, which are suitable for sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, please contact us before purchasing.

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at euhelp@anabelaram.com to initiate the process.

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination: 3-5 business days within Spain, and 5-10 business days for international orders.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Anabel Aram accepts free returns within 14 days from your order's delivery date. Exchanges are processed as returns. Simply return the item you don't want and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures faster processing and availability of your desired item. Your return must be in transit by day 14 from delivery to receive a refund, minus original shipping, to your original payment method.

Return requests or returns in transit after 14 days from delivery, but within 30 days from the delivery date, will receive a store credit valid for one year.

Return Requirements:

• All original packaging (box and suede pouch) must be included.
• Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

If you don't yet have an account, simply create one using the email address you used to place your order. Once your account is created, you'll be able to find your order and request a return as long as it's within 14 days from delivery.

Once submitted, please allow our team 2-3 business days to review and approve your request. Return labels will be sent by email when approved. Please check your spam folder as it's sometimes sent there by mistake.

Important note: International orders outside Europe do not qualify for free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the international customer requesting the return.

Anabel Aram Jewelry is designed and crafted in Palm Beach, Florida. We work with exclusive artisans around the world to bring our visions to life. 

Anabel Aram Jewelry is made with nickel-free brass and dipped in 18k gold or sterling silver. Pieces with embellishments are created with crystals and our earring posts are made with surgical stainless steel. 

All Anabel Aram Jewelry comes with a one-year warranty, to cover any unlikely manufacturing defects.

Please keep in mind, normal wear and tear such as scratches or lost items does not fall under our one-year warranty. Any defects or damages discovered upon delivery may receive a one-time accommodation replacement.

For any warranty defective related issues, for orders which were placed directly on our website, please contact customer support at euhelp@anabelaram.com. For any warranty defective related issues, for items which were purchased at one of our wholesale partners, please reach out to the store directly to obtain a replacement.

Anabel Aram Jewelry will be shipped in a keepsake box, including our signature embossed micro-suede pouch.

If you would like to add a gift note to your order, it will be printed directly on your order's paperwork, which will not show pricing. To leave a note, enter your message at the bottom of the cart, just above the checkout button. Your note will not reflect on your order confirmation email, but it will be printed for your order.

Our goal is to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days if the merchandise is in stock, in addition to the shipping carrier transit time. 

During holiday and sales events, orders may have longer than average processing times. To learn more, please read our section "Sales & Promotions".

Please note, AnabelAram.eu will not be responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Special Note:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes

Shipments to EU countries may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country or carrier. Unless specifically exempted, the customer will be responsible for these fees upon delivery.

Unfortunately, since we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations or modifications. This includes adding a gift message after you've placed your order.

Once shipped, your order may be tracked using this web site. The tracking number can be retrieved from your order status email or from your account page. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped during normal business hours; Monday through Friday.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking milestones to update once your tracking number has been provided. If you do not see updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

Gift Receipt

  • Orders arrive with a packing slip that excludes prices, regardless if it's a gift or not.

Add a Gift Message

  • When you add an item to your cart, you will be provided the opportunity to add a gift message. Just above the Checkout Button, look for "Add Gift Message". This will provide you the opportunity to add a short (250 character) message. You can add or edit your gift message at any time before checking out.
  • If you for forget to add a gift message, you can contact support. However, we're unable to alter the package once it's being picked and packed.

Treat yourself or give the gift of luxury. After purchase, you'll receive an email with your gift card code that you can forward to the recipient or keep for yourself.

Redeeming your gift card is simple. Just enter the code from your email in the gift card field at checkout.

Terms and conditions:

• Gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards can only be redeemed on Anabel Aram Europe (anabelaram.eu) for products in our online catalog.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• If your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you'll need to pay the difference by card.
• Gift card use is subject to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
• Anabel Aram is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. For questions, contact us at euhelp@anabelaram.com .
• We reserve the right to close accounts, deny purchases, or take legal action if a fraudulently obtained gift card is used.
• We may share redemption status information with gift card purchasers.
• If a gift card code is non-functional, we will replace it. This is your sole remedy and our sole liability.
• These terms are governed by applicable European law and may be updated at any time.
• All terms apply to the extent permitted by law.

Jewelry care requires a few extra steps, and while it may seem like an afterthought, every effort you place into its care will help your pieces last that much longer. Live your best life with your Anabel Aram Jewelry, but also be mindful of:

  • Friction on surfaces.
  • Water contact may be inevitable, but limiting its exposure to water ensures longer lasting wear.
  • Same applies to lotions or perfumes.

We recommend you store your pieces in its signature Anabel Aram Jewelry micro-pouch when you are not wearing them.
