I. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
RETURNS
At Anabel Aram, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days following receipt of your order, in accordance with the right of withdrawal recognized for EU consumers.
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
· Unused and unworn
· In their original condition and packaging
· Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please include your order number and we will guide you through the process. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs shall in all cases be borne by the customer, who shall also assume the risk of the goods during transit until they are received by Anabel Aram. However, where, following the assessment of the claim, Anabel Aram confirms the existence of a lack of conformity or an error attributable to the seller, it may, at its sole discretion, assume the return shipping costs by providing the customer with a prepaid return shipping label or the necessary instructions to complete the return at no cost.
In all cases, it is essential to use a shipping service with a tracking number. Anabel Aram shall not be responsible for items lost, damaged, or not received during return transit when return shipping is arranged by the customer and the customer is unable to provide proof of delivery by means of tracking information.
EXCHANGES
Anabel Aram does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, you must follow the standard return process and place a new, separate order for the desired item, subject to availability and the price in force at the time. Anabel Aram does not guarantee the availability of the alternative item nor the maintenance of the original purchase price. The new order shall be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time it is placed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Visible damage during transport:
We recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows visible damage or if the item is incorrect, please note this with the courier and notify us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the packaging and the item, in order to expedite the handling of the incident with the carrier.
Manufacturing defects or lack of conformity:
If the item presents a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify this in writing within the applicable legal warranty period, enclosing photographs and a detailed description of the alleged defect. Anabel Aram reserves the right to inspect the item before accepting any claim. If, following such inspection, the lack of conformity is not confirmed, return shipping costs shall be charged to the customer. Claims arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, improper handling, failure to follow care instructions, or minor variations inherent to the artisanal nature of the pieces are excluded.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
· Personalized or made-to-order jewelry
· Earrings and jewelry intended for body piercings, for hygiene reasons, where the original hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with by the customer after receipt of the item
· Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
· Gift cards
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned items, we will proceed with their inspection within a maximum period of 10 business days. We will notify you of the outcome of such inspection, including, where applicable, any deductions due to depreciation of the item.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods at our facilities. Anabel Aram may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer provides conclusive proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The refund shall include the price of the returned item together with the standard shipping costs paid on the original order. Anabel Aram may deduct from the refundable amount:
(i) any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning; and
(ii) any damage suffered by the item during return transit as a result of insufficient or inappropriate packaging by the customer.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund to your account. Anabel Aram shall not be responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment service providers.
