Shipping Policy

I. SHIPPING POLICY

Our objective is to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping terms are governed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. All delivery timeframes indicated on this page are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment, as they may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Anabel Aram.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of payment and order confirmation, provided the items are in stock. During periods of high demand, including promotional events or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended without giving rise to any right to compensation.

If, during order processing, an item is found to be unavailable, the customer will be notified and the affected item will be cancelled. A refund of the corresponding amount will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from such notification, without any entitlement to compensation.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped using trusted international carriers such as UPS, or comparable delivery partners, depending on the destination country.


DELIVERY WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the assigned carrier.

If the legally established maximum delivery time cannot be met, the customer will be informed and offered a new reasonable delivery deadline. Should delivery fail to occur within this additional timeframe, the customer shall be entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund of all amounts paid within a maximum of 14 days.


VAT AND CUSTOMS DUTIES (EU)

For orders delivered within the European Union, the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the price where legally required. Additional customs duties are generally not applicable to intra-EU shipments.


TRANSFER OF RISK

For customers within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the moment when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. However, if the customer arranges transport through a carrier other than the one proposed by Anabel Aram, the risk shall transfer upon delivery to the carrier designated by the customer.

For international shipments (outside the EU), the risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the carrier.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.


SHIPPING DELAYS

While every effort is made to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, or labor actions.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. A complete and valid postal address is required for all shipments.

Anabel Aram reserves the right not to ship to certain countries or territories where, for logistical, legal, or other reasons, delivery under appropriate conditions cannot be guaranteed. If your destination country is not available during the checkout process, please contact us at euhelp@anabelaram.com to explore possible alternatives.


RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from receipt of their order. For full details on returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.


LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives with visible damage or is not received within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at euhelp@anabelaram.com, stating your order number and, in the case of damage, attaching photographs of the packaging and the received item so that we can find the best solution for you.

A shipment will only be considered lost after completion of the corresponding investigation with the carrier. The duration of such investigation will depend on the circumstances of each case and the carrier's internal procedures. Anabel Aram shall not be responsible for the time required to complete this investigation.

If, following the carrier's investigation, a loss or transport-related damage is confirmed, Anabel Aram will determine, at its reasonable discretion, the most appropriate solution. This may include replacement of the item, issuance of store credit, or, subsidiarily, a refund of the amount paid, depending on product availability and the specific circumstances. Any refund shall be subject to the prior resolution of the claim with the carrier.
