I. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any justification, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

For the proper exercise of the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in compliance with the conditions set out in our Returns and Exchanges Policy. The use of the original packaging is strongly recommended to ensure adequate protection of the item during transit; any damage resulting from inadequate packaging may be deducted from the refund.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal may not be refused due to the condition of the packaging or because the item has been opened for inspection. However, if the item shows signs of use, wear, scratches, damage, alterations, or any manipulation exceeding what is necessary to verify its characteristics, Anabel Aram shall deduct from the refund amount the corresponding reduction in value. The valuation of such reduction shall be carried out by Anabel Aram in good faith and communicated to the customer prior to processing the refund.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to items classified as non-returnable under our Returns and Exchanges Policy, including, among others:

· Personalized or made-to-order jewelry

· Earrings or jewelry intended for body piercings, for hygiene reasons, where the original hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with by the customer after receipt of the item

· Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

· Gift cards

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

RETURN OF THE GOODS

You must return the goods within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The customer shall also assume the risk of return until the goods are received by us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

REFUNDS

We will reimburse all payments received, including the original standard shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date we receive the returned items at our facilities. Anabel Aram reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer provides conclusive proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

We are not obliged to reimburse additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us (for example, express shipping).

The customer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from any handling other than what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Anabel Aram reserves the right to assess such diminution and deduct it from the refund amount.

The refund shall be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, at no additional cost to the customer.
